Q: Should I arrive early for my appointment?
A: Please arrive at your appointment time. No need to arrive early. You will receive the full session length once the massage begins.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept cash, credit card, bank transfer, and remote payment via SumUp invoice, or you can purchase an online gift card at https://giftcard.sumup.io/order/GC5WSVO/shyami-nazzaro .

Q: What is your tipping policy?
A: Tips are never expected or required. If you really loved your massage, why not submit a Google review to let others know, and/or email me a testimonial at shyaminazzaro.massage@gmail.com (and let me know if I have your permission to put it on my website with either your first name or initial).

Q: Where should I park?
A: Feel free to park in the large driveway or alongside the house on the street. There is always ample, free parking. For those cycling to your appointment, you can securely leave your bike in the side passage behind a locked gate.

Q: Do you treat male clients?
A: Although my practice is geared towards a female clientele, I do see male clients on referral from existing clients, chiropractors, etc.

Q: Is your practice LGBTQIA+ friendly?
A: Yes, absolutely!

Q: What sort of draping do you use?
A: I use crisp, cotton sheets and a warm fleece blanket. You are covered the entire time apart from the area being treated.

Q: It’s my appointment day, but I’m feeling unwell. Should I cancel my appointment?
A: If you are feeling unwell, please don’t attend your appointment. Please DO get in touch ASAP to let me know, and we can reschedule your appointment.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. The more notice the better. If your cancellation or rescheduling falls within 24 hours of your appointment time and is due to reasons other than a genuine illness, a cancellation fee of 50% of your full session will apply. For no call/no shows, a fee of 100% of your full session will apply. This policy helps protect my time and my schedule, AND it applies in reverse; if I ever need to cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice for reasons other than genuine illness (which I’ve never had to do, ever!), your next session will be 50% off. Because I respect your time, too!
